SRP Limited Warranty Policy

Warranty Statement
SRP warrants to the original purchaser that all products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for twenty-one (21) days from the date of delivery, as verified by carrier tracking.

This warranty does not cover normal wear-and-tear or any damage resulting from:

  • Misuse, abuse, or accidents
  • Use with unauthorized accessories
  • Modifications or alterations
  • Improper installation (including use of incorrect tools)
  • Exposure to harsh environments or chemicals
  • Unauthorized repairs or tampering
  • This warranty is void if product labels, seals, or serial numbers are removed, defaced, or tampered with.
IN NO EVENT SHALL SRP BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED.

Warranty Coverage & Claim Process

If your SRP product is found to be defective within the 21-day warranty period, SRP will—at its sole discretion—replace, repair, or refund the product or component at no charge to you.

To submit a warranty claim:

1. Complete the Warranty Submission Form:
  • Please use the warranty submission form at the bottom of this page to request warranty service or support for your SRP product.
  • Fill in all required information and upload any supporting photos or documents using the attachment feature at the bottom of the form.
2. Proof of purchase is required.
    • Be sure to include your order number, purchase date, and sales receipt or invoice.
3. SRP may request additional documentation or return of the product for inspection.
  • If a return is required, SRP will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide shipping instructions.
4. Customer Responsibilities:
  • The customer is responsible for shipping the item to SRP unless the claim is approved for prepaid shipping.
  • Keep all tracking information until your claim is resolved.
SRP’s Resolution:
Upon inspection and validation, SRP will determine if the product qualifies for warranty coverage and will issue a replacement, repair, or refund at its sole discretion. SRP covers all outbound shipping costs for approved warranty replacements/repairs.

  • Damaged products covered by warranty will be repaired or replaced with an item of comparable size and style, at SRP’s sole discretion.
  • Products deemed not covered by SRP’s warranty policy will be shipped back to you.

Additional Terms & Limitations

  • This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
  • Proof of purchase from an authorized SRP vendor is required. Any purchase from an unauthorized vendor voids the warranty.
  • Products intended for sale internationally are not intended for repurchase or warranty coverage within the USA; any such purchase voids this warranty.
  • Products must be returned within 21 days of receiving RMA instructions, or the claim is void.
  • Products returned must include the RMA number, proof of purchase, and all original parts and packaging.
  • Any product received that does not meet these conditions may be refused or returned at the customer’s expense.
  • Warranty claims must be submitted within 21 days of delivery.
  • SRP reserves the right to update or modify this warranty policy at any time without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

In all cases, SRP shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages.
All other warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly excluded and disclaimed. Any warranties implied by law are limited to twenty-one (21) days in duration.
