Return Policy
We gladly accept returns on most items within 21 days of purchase. Returns may be subject to restocking fees to cover credit card fees, shipping, and re-packaging costs.
Return Instructions
Contact Us
Call 520-314-9248 and speak with an SRP employee within 21 days of receiving your shipment (as determined by the carrier’s tracking number). If eligible, you will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Shipping Your Return
Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our representative, at your own expense. You must insure the shipment for the full retail value of the returned parts. If parts are damaged during return transit, it is your responsibility to seek reimbursement from the shipping company.
Return Timeframe
After receiving your RMA number, you have 21 days to ship the item(s) back. If SRP does not receive the parts within that timeframe, the RMA becomes void and the item(s) will be returned to you.
Condition of Returned Items
All returned parts must be unused, uninstalled, and undamaged. SRP will assess each return upon arrival. If accepted as new, a refund will be issued.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Dealer Purchases
Parts purchased through authorized dealers must be returned to the original dealer, following the same conditions as above.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Any item purchased more than 21 days ago
- Special order or modified items
- Labor, service, or activation fees
- Items not in their original, new, unused condition
- Items missing parts or damaged (except during shipping)
If your item was damaged during shipping, retain all packaging and email a photo to info@steeleracingproducts.com. This is required for a UPS investigation and refund or reshipment.
Return Shipping Guidelines
Do not bring returns to races or events without prior approval. Support trailers, including in Baja, cannot accept returns or exchanges.
To return your item:
- Include a copy of your original receipt
- Use original packaging or a sturdy corrugated box
- Securely pack and tape your shipment
- Ship with a traceable method (FedEx, UPS, or insured Parcel Post)
Note: SRP is not responsible for returns not received or not signed for.
Damaged or Missing Parts
If your order arrives with damage or missing parts, notify SRP within 72 hours of delivery (per tracking number).
Steps:
Take photos of:
- Damaged part(s)
- Packing material
- Shipping box(es)
- Tracking label
Call 520-314-9248 and speak to a team member.
Email the photos as directed. If determined to be shipping damage:
SRP will issue an RMA number and return label
Upon receiving the damaged item, we’ll send replacements
Or, we can charge and ship immediately, then refund once the original part is returned
